Well we made it to China! After a very long but uneventful flight we have safely landed and made it to our hotel.
We were very thankful for a free upgrade to economy plus seating!! It was so nice to have a bit of extra space and an on demand video screen.
Once we got out of the airport we were greeted by our guide Lydia and taken to our hotel. Beijing is not a place I would like to drive in! We finally got to stretch out in the bed and sleep at 6pm local time. That lasted till about midnight and then we were up for a couple hours and slept on and off till about 5:30 am and headed down to breakfast before 6:30.
Today we are going to The Great Wall and some more sightseeing of the area.
Will try to blog and post some photo's later today when we get back.
